With the camos configuration platform, Festo has found a highly reliable and efficient solution whose central task is to ensure the technical plausibility and completeness of the products. The integration of the camos configuration platform into the sales and order process has led to an increase in efficiency and a significant improvement in the customer experience. This has encouraged Festo to take the next step of introducing the camos CPQ solution as a quotation tool for over 2,000 sales employees and to supplement the configuration platform with the pricing and quoting module.

Customers can configure all configurable products and systems intuitively and conveniently themselves online via our website. More and more customers are taking advantage of this option and ordering the configured product directly via the checkout in our shop. Every day, around 2,400 products are placed in the shopping cart after configuration.
