Our ticket system

Our HTML5-based ticket system supports the current versions of the following browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer (as from Version 10), Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Google Chrome.

Please have the following information available for processing your ticket and when calling the service hotline:

  • Name of the product
    (camos.Develop, camos.Quotation, etc.)
  • Product version
  • Details of the error description
