  • Performance improvement in the quotation process: Through the rule-based configuration and automated interface in the SAP ERP, the processing times in the quotation process have been reduced by a third. As a rule, one working day is sufficient for product configuration and quotation preparation.  

  • Sales boost: Sales has access to consistent product and quotation data and makes reliable commitments. Without additional staff, sales figures were increased by 20 %.

  • Complex offers are configured efficiently and error-free - even with mobile devices.

  • The knowledge about products, properties and relationships was brought together in a central product modelling.
