This promotes customer proximity, a central key to success for Hörmann’s decades-long constant growth.
The online configurator photo-realistically shows the customised door embedded into the customer’s home or garage. The design can intuitively be adjusted to the actual surroundings in just a few clicks. The result is then visualised simultaneously. The user is also given a price recommendation and the full description of their individual configuration as the basis for completing their purchase with their nearest retailer, who can be identified immediately online. It’s not just the prospective customer that will benefit from the improved digital access to information offered by the new online configurator, but also Hörmann retail and trade sales partners. Interested parties already have a very clear image or may even have already made an initial decision when they make contact.
Accessible on the Hörmann website without registering, the new online configurator is based on camos CPQ software (Configure, Price, Quote), which Hörmann has been using internally for many years.
