Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH is the world's leading supplier of production systems for the manufacture of high-quality monoaxially and biaxially stretched films. These are used as packaging material or in high-tech applications, for example for electromobility, energy generation and storage or media technology.

  • CPQ-CRM teamwork: Brückner was not only aiming to modernise the quotation process, but also wanted to use the advantages of CPQ and CRM synergistically: both worlds were to be linked together so that efficiency and transparency could be significantly increased throughout the entire sales organisation. Brückner therefore introduced the CRM system from our partner itmX in addition to camos CPQ.
  • Increased efficiency: The introduction of itmX CRM and camos CPQ made it possible to significantly reduce the number of tools previously used. Before the changeover, the team used up to 16 different programmes to create a single quotation.
  • Significant time savings: The creation of standard quotations was reduced by an average of 45 minutes per quotation. For complex quotations with customised products and specific requirements, the sales team even saves several hours.
