Schindler – Holistic CPQ solution: focused on the customer
In this use case, you will learn how Schindler uses a new CPQ solution to cover the configuration process end-to-end, enabling it to create 3,000 quotes every day. For this purpose, all locations distributed worldwide access a central backend and product model. A special focus was placed on customers and interested parties: Via an integrated front end on the Schindler website, they can independently and intuitively design their desired elevator.
