Igniting New Impulses for CRM and Configuration Hall 3 /

At this year’s IT & Business, the VDMA together with its associate companies will devote themselves intensively to the theme CRM. A round table on 20 September will focus on the question “How much Change Management is there in CRM Projects? - Responsibility for Executive Management!” Apart from executives from this industrial sector and Claus Oetter from the VDMA Association of Software Experts, Michael Huellenkremer, Managing Director of camos, will also lead discussions from center stage. At the VDMA communal booth from 20 until 22 September, camos will present software for Variation Management in Sales and in Order Processing. Among other things, new functions for product configuration and quotation generation will also be introduced at the presentation. As Michael Huellenkremer puts it: “The IT & Business provides us with an outstanding forum to talk shop at the highest levels. I am looking forward to it.”
In an IT & Business video, CRM software providers offer at-a-glance overviews of the latest CRM trends during the run-up to the forum. Holger Senn, from camos, will be among them.
