With camos to the German CRM Forum
Software Specialist raffles tickets to exclusive annual forum

“What customers want”, “Emotional CRM” or “Marketing 1.0 in dialogue with customers 2.0”: At the German CRM Forum on 1st and 2nd February 2011, experts from the worlds of marketing, sales and service can advance their ongoing education another notch. As a partner of the event, the software specialist camos of Stuttgart is raffling three tickets to the exclusive conference of experts and authorities in Munich, at a value of 1,495. euros each. A total of 35 lecturers from the economic and scientific sectors will illuminate the fields of customer management and customer-relations marketing from a variety of standpoints. For example, representatives of renowned companies such as Demag Cranes Concern and KSB AG will illustrate their own CRM strategy through Best Practices. The best-selling author Dr. Peter Gloor from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology will elucidate how consumer trends can be recognized early on and also introduce new methods for viral marketing.
The venue for this conference is the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Munich. Accompanying the lectures and discussions in the plenary auditorium, an exhibition for experts will also be presented. Interested persons can pose questions to CRM provider experts on pertinent matters in the areas being treated. For example, camos will present its solutions for variation management and price quotation generation in sales and order-processing. Parallel to the conference, the German CRM Forum will also have four practical forums on offer. Representatives from the industrial and energy sectors, as well as other branches, will speak about their own successful CRM projects. The objective of the event is to provide decision makers from marketing, sales and service departments with the knowledge and suitable impulses they need to evolve the CRM strategies in their own companies.
