Through camos.SalesCenter, Stuttgart’s software and consulting company camos has created new software for price quotation management. Information from various systems can be drawn together into the software solution, making it highly useful to sales employees in generating quotes.
Through camos.SalesCenter camos Software und Beratung GmbH has brought a brand new solution for quotation management to the market which provides extraordinary support in sales processes and quotation generation for companies with complex and highly varied products, e.g. in machine manufacture. This software bundles all customer and contact data together with all product and price data which arise during the quotation generating process or which could become necessary. Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook are fully integrated for generating letters or E-mails in camos.SalesCenter. Calendar entries, tasking or contact data are directly connected with Outlook. Overviews of running sales projects become much simpler. Meaningful appraisals, e.g. of forecasts or for marketing purposes, can also be generated.
The user surface is extremely user-friendly and simply structured, enabling anyone to adapt to it intuitively. Michael Hüllenkremer, Managing Director of camos: “Since quotations can be generated in the shortest imaginable time with this software, employee productivity is raised. All in all, we have oriented camos.SalesCenter closely to the needs of the user. Through its modular structure, only those functions are available to the user which are actually needed.“ This solution will be introduced by camos for the first time at the Hannover Messe from 20 - 24 April 2009 at the communal booth of the VDMA (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau e.V.) in Hall no. 17, Booth D50.
