camos congratulates the KSB AG, Frankenthal, for its award „Best Innovator of Complexity Management“.
In November, the jury awarded the manufacturer of fittings and pumps for its utterly transparent net value chain of production. A major part was played by the configuration solutions created and supplied by camos.
In the context of the competition initiated by WirtschaftsWoche magazine and A. T. Kearney management consultants, the machine tool manufacturer was awarded the coveted prize in November.
The jury illuminated its decision through citing KSB’s high degree of transparency along its entire chain of net value production.
An important link in that chain was the introduction of the product configurator by camos in 2005. This configuration solution, in collaboration with other systems, puts the Frankenthal company in a position to keep costs and profits of each and every product precisely in view at all times.
